Situated in the 7th Arrondissement Rayz Eiffel is right next to a passage that leads to the Rue Cler, which is the famed market street in Paris with its numerous different shops and cafes including bakers, fishmongers, butchers, cake shops, florists and much more, but there is also a supermarket conveniently located just up the road.
It is also within easy walking distance of famous tourist attractions in Paris including the iconic Eiffel Tower and numerous museums including the Tomb of Napoleon at historical Les Invalides and the Musee Quai Branly.
The Rayz Eiffel is located within a typical Hausmann style building spread over several floors, and is one of the newer ApartHotels in Paris that offers modern, clean and crisp decor with 3 star facilities including a lovely roof terrace where you can relax with a drink or just enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower.

Fully air conditioned plus heating for those colder months, you will find the front desk is open from 8am through to midnight and staff at reception are able to speak good English as well as French, and are there to help you get the most out of your holiday in Paris.
Services offered including organising private airport transfers along with booking airport shuttles, the option of late check-out, plus full laundry and dry cleaning, but as you can no doubt appreciate, these are all for additional charges and upon request.
Yet you may be pleased to know that there is WiFi available throughout Rayz Eiffel and this is free of charge, plus cleaning is done virtually every day within the cost, although this does depend upon your length of stay, just like with many other apartment hotels in Paris where extra cleaning comes at a surcharge.
Additionally, as you may have read earlier, Rayz Eiffel has a roof terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture including relaxing sofas, plus chairs and tables where you can sit and read, have a relaxing drink or enjoy the Eiffel Tower illuminations of an evening. Yet this space can also be privatised for small gatherings such as a cocktail party or business meeting for example.
Accommodation at the ApartHotel Rayz Eiffel
All of the accommodation at Rayz Eiffel ApartHotel is self contained and consists of different categories of studio apartments that are decorated in a modern design with varying colours such as fancy green or smoked beige combining with lotus flower or bamboo motifs.
Within each studio you have a modern shower room that comes with a magnifying mirror and hairdryer plus complementary toiletries are supplied in some of the apartments such as the Deluxe studios.
Also included within the studio apartments is a personal safe, free WiFi and a flat screen TV with Satellite channels. Additionally, they have a small table and chairs dining area for two people along with a kitchenette that comes with sink, fridge, hob, microwave, cooking equipment and utensils, etc along with an item for hot beverages such as kettle or coffee maker.
The Classic studios suitable for 1 or 2 people are approximately 16 metres squared, whereas the Comfort and Deluxe Categories are all around 18 metres squared, yet the Duplex for up to 4 people is approximately 20 metres squared.
Rayz Eiffel also offer studios on the second floor that have a small balcony with bistro set, Deluxe studios on the 6th floor that have a view of this historical monument in Paris from your window or Deluxe studios where you can also see the top part of the Eiffel Tower, but for your balcony complete with bistro set.
Some of the apartments can be arranged as twins rather than as a double, plus some also have the option of being adjoining, which is ideal for those of you travelling with family or friends but still need your own space.
However, there is also the Duplex apartment we mentioned earlier, which is suitable for four people, and is the largest of the apartments located on the ground floor of Rayz Eiffel. This comes with a bathroom with double sink, a dining table and chairs for four, a sofa bed that converts to the second bed for two people and a mezzanine level with a king size bed, dressing area and separate toilet.
Access to the Rayz Eiffel ApartHotel
Located in the 7th Arrondissement, when it comes to reaching the Rayz Eiffel ApartHotel via public transport in Paris, you will find it located on the Avenue Bosquet a short walk from the Ecole Militaire Military School where Napoleon Bonaparte once studied and it is here you have the Ecole Militaire Metro station serving Metro line 8.
Around here you could also utilise the Paris bus lines 28, 80, 82, 86, 92, yet on the same road is the bus line 80 although by heading to the Champs de Mars Gardens you could utilise the bus lines 42, 69 and 86, all of which are within very easy walking distance.
Whereas the nearest RER train station is situated in a north, north westerly direction by the River Seine called the Pont d'Alma stop, which is named after one of the bridges in Paris right by the train station. Yet in a north, north easterly direction you have the Invalides station, which serves the RER C train line along with being a metro stop for metro line 8 and metro line 13.
For those of you who are interested in discovering more of Paris and seeing tourist attractions in other parts of the city that are not within walking distance of Rayz Eiffel ApartHotel, you could opt for one of the tours in Paris and there are several companies that provide bus tours.
One company you could use is Big Bus Paris, which also offer a hop on and hop tour service, and the nearest stop to this 3 star apartment hotel is in the middle of the Champ de Mars gardens by the fountains, which is on the Red tour route as stop 2 on the Avenue Joseph Bouvard.
However, for something different, you could also enjoy the Batobus, which is a water bus operating a hop on and hop off service up and down the River Seine with docking stations at close to many popular tourist attractions including the famous Louvre Museum, with their main dock being at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, right by some of the River Seine sightseeing boat tours including Vedettes de Paris and Bateaux Parisiens who also do dinner cruises.
Although, if you are thinking of getting to Chateau de Versailles for a day out, but would rather not utilise public transport in Paris to get there, you will find a company called Versailles Express who operate a package tour service as well as a shuttle service to and from the famous former royal palace, which is also located at the base of the Eiffel Tower.
