Situated in the 17th Arrondissement, back at the start of 2014 the Hotel Tilsitt Etoile was completely redesigned and renovated by Valerie Manoil to incorporate soft classical and classy colours combined with fine materials and a 1950s spirit, with the theme continuing throughout the entire hotel and in the rooms.
Modern up to date facilities were incorporated into this 3 Star hotel such as air conditioning, better soundproofing, fibre optics installed for free high speed WiFi, plus there is a lift for ease of getting to and from your room. However, unfortunately, due to the fact that the front of the building could not be altered, there are steps to negotiate and therefore this is not one of the disabled friendly hotels in Paris.

Access to Hotel Tilsitt Etoile
Located in the 17th Arrondissement, when it comes to getting to the Hotel Tilsitt Etoile via public transport in Paris, you will find that the most direct Metro station within walking distance is the Charles de Gaulle Etoile stop serving lines 1, 2 and 6, plus this is also an RER train station for the RER A line.
Whereas in an easterly direction you have the Ternes stop serving line 2, or to the West a little further away you have the Neuilly Porte Maillot stop serving line 1, but this is also an RER train station for the RER C line.
Alternatively, if you are travelling to the Hotel Tilsitt Etoile via bus, then you will find that the Paris bus lines 22, 30, 31, 43, 52, 73, 92 and 341 along with the Noctilien Night Bus Service via lines N11, N24, N53 and N153 will all get you within walking distance. Also at this location you will find the Direct 2 line for Charles de Gaulle Airport via the company Le Bus Direct, which used to be called Les Cars Air France. However, Direct 1 going to Orly Airport and Direct 2 also stop by the Avenue Carnot at the Place Charles de Gaulle, which is where you can find the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier underneath the famous monument in Paris called the Arc de Triomphe.
