Artishow Paris Cabaret venue
Artishow is one of the cabarets in Paris and has been running just over ten years and yet this a very unusual type of cabaret venue compared to many that you would first think of with half naked young ladies and the French Cancan, like the Moulin Rouge for instance.
However, Artishow brings together a dinner with quality French food, selected French wines, also this venue has a friendly and warm atmosphere with a spectacular show and after the show, the artists remain around to chat and have fun with the guests during the rest of the evening.
So if you would like to have a night out in Paris and experience something completely different that you will never forget, then this cabaret in Paris has got to be one of things on your list.
In fact the whole show is performed by men in costume with makeup and even though it seems strange, you will find the performers range from a former doctor, mechanic, with many who trained in theatre and dance, plus others that have had different professions before entering the world of cabaret.
And yet you could see acts such as Celin Dion, Brigitte Bardot and many others performed with such passion and perfection, along with some original acts from these performers that you will never see anywhere else. And these are all superbly choreographed to provide a light hearted evening of entertainment in Paris and a finale that will have you laughing almost to tears.
The Artishow does do many different variations on the types of menus that you can choose from, along with the times of the cabaret shows, so there will be something suitable for every budget.
And even if you wanted to experience something completely different in the evening like a night at the Opera in Paris, then there are some lunchtime shows called a Dejeuner Spectacle for an approximate cost €58 for either four or five courses including coffee and red wine that start at 12.30pm.
The evening meal and cabaret in Paris at the Artishow starts at 8pm and is for four courses, but also includes coffee and a half bottle of wine and as of 2012 this ranges in price starting from €95 per person.
However, as of 2012, an evening meal could be up to €185 per person for the five course including wine and two glasses of champagne for the show itself and within this cost you also get the VIP treatment with priority placement for the best views and a greater selection on the courses that you can choose from.
But to give you some idea of the delightful French cuisine you could experience, the menu may contain Foie gras and smoked salmon, Oriental braised lamb, Fish with spices, along with a selected French cheese of the day and dessert.
Also, as with all the cabarets in Paris that we know of, you do have to book in advance, but if you go to their website or contact them directly then you may even get some special offers that they do at certain times. And it is always worth checking, because any money you save can go towards paying to visit one of the other tourist attractions or monuments in Paris.
