The Peniche Marcounet is moored along the bank of the River Seine close to the Hotel de Ville and in between the Pont Louis Philippe and the Pont Marie bridges in Paris, and situated in the 4th Arrondissement it faces the Ile Saint Louis island.

The nearest Metro station is the Pont Marie stop via line 7 and from there you would need to go to the wharf and go down the concrete stairs to the river bank for boarding, but before just turning up, it is advisable to check that they are open, rather than the boat having been privatised for the day for a function.
