Virtually at the end of the Square de la Place des Martyrs Juifs du Velodrome d'Hiver we took this photo showing the lawn area and the promenade or walkway as we were looking towards the Eiffel Tower, which is approximately a fifteen minute walk from here, and if you look closely just behind one of the lamp posts, you will see the back part of the monument dedicated to the thousands of Jews including women and children that were detained in World War II prior to being deported to concentration camps.
