About Hotel Au Boeuf Couronne

The Au Boeuf Couronne is a restaurant in Paris that has been running since the 1930s and is renowned for its meats, in a variety of different cuts, many coming from far and wide to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the steakhouse in an area that was once home to the slaughterhouses.

Completely renovated in 2016, they decided it was about time to extend the hospitality of the restaurant to a place of conviviality where people could also stay, so a redesign and renovation of the entire building was undertaken.

Designed by the eclectic architect Frabrice Ausset, the Hotel Au Boeuf Couronne was envisioned to be an extension of the renowned restaurant, so the art of sharing comes through to complement each other, so hence the entrance to the hotel is shared with that of the restaurant.

The hotel was designed by Fabrice Ausset to incorporate raw natural materials including wood, leather, marble and earthenware, which combine with a warm pallet of colours that can be seen in the restaurant and throughout the entire building to make this a refined 3 Star hotel in Paris that was first inaugurated in the May of 2017.
