We were standing by the Rue Notre Dame des Champs looking at the pedestrians and traffic negotiating the Avenue de l'Observatoire with the Monument to Francois Garnier located in the middle, close to the Port Royal in the 6th Arrondissement of Paris, and even when in traffic, a part of city life in Paris are the monuments placed in strategic places that you can observe as you go by.
