Camping le Cormoran is an
absolutely ideal place to spend some time on a family camping
holiday in France as it is not far to drive from ferry ports, but is also exceeding
close to sandy
beaches and the historical aspects of the Normandy
area with the D-day beach landings, yet set within a national park.
This French campsite has good sized pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, plus with
its easy access, even large
RV's can be accommodated and there are also fully
serviced pitches that not only have electric hook-ups but also water and drainage, yet
there are also two motorhome
service points as well and if you do not have a car with you, there is the opportunity
for you to hire not just cycles or electric bikes but also a car so that you can go
further afield and explore this beautiful area plus they have other facilities such as a
shop, pizzeria and takeaway, lovely well maintained brick BBQ areas dotted around.
When it comes to activities on this campsite in France,
you really will be spoilt for choice as there is something for every age group from the swimming
pool complex with its indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi to the outdoor heated pool and
childrens pool through to an outdoor gym area, tennis, volleyball and boules courts plus a
multi-sports court and the children can even enjoy pedal go-karts, but when the weather is
not so nice, you can still take advantage of the table tennis, games room, sauna, a bar
that has darts and billiards, the TV room and much more.

But in high season there are
additional activities to keep everyone even more occupied, like archery and rifle shooting
in a secure safe area, the kids
club, horse riding and pony riding, entertainment for both children and adults such as
shows, bingo, karaoke, etc, yet, if you love the sea and have a boat, then this campsite
in France also
has a boat park and boat launch area.
