Camping Lac de Panthier has a
total of 147 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes that are of a good size between
around 120m squared up to about 160m squared, plus there are 60 rental accommodations.
The pitches are spread over 7 acres and the site borders a very large lake of 130 acres,
so this is one of the French
campsites with fishing available such as course and pike fishing, along with carp
fishing and some very nice specimens plus you can go canoeing and there is direct access
to a sandy beach at the lakeside where you can also go swimming that is supervised in high
season.
There are also lots of other activities available for a fun packed family camping holiday in France, which include the swimming
pool complex with the indoor heated swimming pool open throughout the season, the outdoor
swimming pools with water slides and childrens pool, a gym come fitness room and sauna,
table tennis, volleyball, the games room and amusement arcade, tennis court, archery and
pony rides, plus for those of you that are into water sports, there is a sailing school
based at the lake, where you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing etc.

You also do not have to worry
about cooking every day whilst you are on your camping holiday, as there is the Panoroamic
restaurant overlooking the lake with fish being the speciality along with regional
specialities of cuisine and an a la carte option, plus they provide a wide selection
of pizzas. There is, of course a bar plus there is a pancake house open in high
season and a takeaway for grills, salads, chips, ice cream sundaes etc.
There is also a kids club in high season along with organised entertainment of an evening
such as shows, bingo, live bands, karaoke, etc plus organised activities during the day
and other services on this campsite in France
include a shop and fresh bread service, launderette plus computer terminals and WiFi
internet access, so you do not even have to venture off site to experience any of the
culture, history or other activities on offer, unless you wish to!
