With the amount of vehicles that now utilise the Peripherique, we were pleased that we were not on the opposite side of the road, especially considering the amount of traffic queuing to get round as you can tell from this image looking into the distance, but this has become a normal part of daily city life in Paris, and you can expect long delays if you end up catching it in rush hours and peak time.
