Camping la Samaritaine in the Champagne-Ardenne
region, has pitches which are part gravelled and part grass that are dedicated for
motorhomes and some of these are fully
serviced with water connection and sewage, plus there are grass pitches that can cater
for tents, caravans and large
outfits and RV's, with some of these also being fully serviced, as they go up to
around 180m squared in size.
The facilities on this French campsite
are excellent and disabled people are especially well catered for, not only with the
bathrooms, but even a washing up and laundry sink has been adapted for their use, plus
there are baby and family bathrooms, a launderette and a shop, but when it comes to
activities, you will also not be disappointed.
With a lake and manmade beach where you can go swimming, enjoy the pedalos or the
inflatables, which is supervised in high season, a games room, TV room showing all major
sporting events, a function room, kids
club, disco and organised entertainment, again in high season, there will be something
to keep everyone amused whilst on your family camping
holiday in France.

However, this campsite
also has fishing available on a lake only 100m away for a fee of around €5, plus
a very unusual and popular activity that is suitable for young and old alike, which is a
carpentry workshop, where you will get to learn how to make small wooden handicrafts.
