Aux Memes is situated in the Gers
area of the Midi-Pyrenees, which is also known to many as the Gascony area, and this
family run French campsite is on a farm with stunning views of the Pyrenees and
surrounding countryside.
Even though there are only around 20 pitches, these are large and suitable for tents and
caravans, plus they can cater for motorhomes. There is also a farmhouse gite and a
mobile home that can be rented, yet whatever type of accommodation you decide upon, this
is a friendly place for a family camping holiday in France with lots of activities on and
off site.
During the summer months you can take advantage of the swimming pool, bar and cafe, where
they also have a free WiFi zone, but it is the surrounding area that makes a camping
holiday in this area so appealing, as there are many different activities such as water
sports and golf, yet the Pyrenees are less than an hour away from this campsite, where you
can enjoy things like climbing, walking, hiking and of course skiing at certain times of
the year.
