The Domaine de Chalain is a large
family campsite covering around 30 hectares with 765 pitches in total and 472 pitches are
available for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, however, if you do not wish to drag
along your touring caravan then you can also rent mobile homes and wooden bungalows.
This fabulous French campsite where even your beloved pets are allowed, is surrounded by
cliffs one way and forests another, but with so many different facilities and activities
on offer, no matter what your requirements, you will never be without something that can
occupy every member of the family and that is without venturing beyond the site!
When it comes to outdoor activities for all the family then this campsite in France is
absolutely excellent. There is the fabulous outdoor pool complex with water slides,
the children's playgrounds, tennis courts, mini golf, a tree top adventure centre,
basketball, the chance to go kayaking and much more.

But when you cannot predict the
weather and you get those horrible rainy days then there are still numerous activities to
keep you occupied from the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish baths through to the bar,
restaurant and games room, plus it has WiFi internet access so you can check your emails,
or if you really want to contact anyone back home, yet this is only scratching the surface
on what is on offer at the French campsite Domaine de Chalain.
In fact, in high season the facilities get even better, not just with more organised
entertainment, but for additional facilities such as numerous different shops, a complete
medical centre just in case it is needed, the direct access beach that is manned by a
lifeguard, the Kids club and yet again much more to keep everyone in your party occupied
when on your camping holiday in France.
