Palais de Chaillot with its Golden Statues
The Palais de Chaillot holds different museums, a theatre and much more, and being on the opposite bank of the River Seine to the Eiffel Tower, it also has an esplanade that provides fantastic photo opportunities to capture this famous Paris tourist attraction, and in this image you can see some of the golden statues of the Palais Chaillot looking towards the Tour Eiffel with the Montparnasse Tower in the background.

Hotel les Invalides golden roof with clear blue skies
The Hotel National des Invalides can be seen from lots of different angles, but as we were walking out from the back after being within the complex, we took this picture of the Eglise du Dome at Les Invalides from across the road by the square, and with the sun making the gilding of the dome glisten, we thought this was a perfect photo opportunity for this incredible tourist attraction.

The Eiffel Tower in the Champ de Mars park at dusk
On our very first day for this holiday in Paris, the capital city of France, we decided to try and capture one of the most famous Paris tourist attractions in the city of lights, and as it was just getting to dusk we managed to get this photo of the Eiffel Tower, which we took from the Palais de Chaillot on the opposite side of the River Seine before any of the Eiffel Tower illuminations were turned on.

Anyone going on holiday to Paris will normally consider visiting the famous Louvre museum, which you can just see a part of in this HD photo we took, but when it is a nice day, enjoying some time in the Tuileries Gardens and even relaxing on one of the free chairs the city put out by the fountains is ideal, yet the Jardin des Tuileries has many different statues to discover like a few you can also see in this picture.

Pont des Arts Bridge with its love locks
The Pont des Arts is also known as the Bridge of Love and is a pedestrian bridge over the River Seine, which has become a very popular tourist attraction in Paris for people that wish to declare their love to each other by attaching a padlock to the railings, and this photo shows some of the thousands of love locks that people have fixed to the Pont des Arts, as we were looking down towards the Institut de France.

The Ecole Militaire
This is a high definition photo we took from the Champ de Mars park, as we were looking towards a few of the different Paris tourist attractions like the Wall for Peace and the Tour Montparnasse Tower, yet in between in the image, you can see the Ecole Militaire with its French flag flying, which is the military training academy where Napoleon Bonaparte once studied and is still a military school today.

The Pont Neuf Bridge over the River Seine is actually the oldest bridge in Paris, even though it was named New Bridge by King Henri IV, and here you can see a photo we took of the Pont Neuf as we were looking towards the Ile de la Cite island and the Place Dauphine, which are yet other tourist attractions you can also discover while on holiday in the incredible capital city of France.

Square Jean XXIII gardens at Notre Dame Cathedral
The Square Jean XXIII was named after a former Pope and is located on the Ile de la Cite island at the side and also at the back of Notre Dame Cathedral, and as you can see in this HD photo we took you can find the Fountain of the Virgin within its gardens, which was produced in a Gothic style the same as the cathedral.

We took this photo just as we were going to walk down to the quay from right by the Eiffel Tower, and it shows the Vedettes de Paris boat, plus their dock and ticket office, which is where you would go for just one of the numerous companies that do sightseeing tours and cruises on the River Seine, and these are a great way of discovering many monuments and Paris tourist attractions from a completely different perspective.

The Pont de l'Archeveche also known as the Lovers Bridge
The Pont de l'Archeveche has become a popular tourist attraction and is also known as the Lovers Bridge in Paris, and this is a close up HD photo we took of some of the thousands of padlocks, or love locks as they are known, that people have attached to the railings and now adorn this bridge over the River Seine by the Notre Dame Cathedral.

The Grand Palais
As we were walking down the Champs Elysees, we decided to take a detour to discover some other tourist attractions in Paris, and this is a photo we took of the impressive palace called the Grand Palais, which was constructed for the 1900 World Fair along with some other historical monuments you can find nearby in this incredible city, like the bridge we crossed over to reach the Grand Palais.

We took this HD photo of the entrance to the Place Dauphine, which actually has a full name of Le Square de la Place Dauphine, and located on the Ile de la Cite island, each building was originally designed the same, just like these two that are virtually identical, but over the years things have changed, yet it is still an interesting square in Paris that has a lot of history behind it.

The Wall For Peace
The Wall For Peace is known as Le Mur Pour La Paix in French, and this is a close up photo we took of one of the panes of glass that shows the word Peace written over and over again in different languages such as Turkish and Dutch that you can see here, and located within the Champ de Mars the Wall For Peace is a symbol for balance and harmony, that tries to make people think about the world around them.

Square du Vert Galant Gardens
As we were going along the River Seine we took this photo of the tip of the Ile de la Cite and the place with the beautiful trees and greenery is called the Square du Vert Galant, which is actually very aptly named after King Henri IV, and if you venture on to the island, you will also see an equestrian statue of him, but this is also an incredible place to relax

The Fontaine Saint Michel water fountain
In this close up high definition photo of the Fontaine Saint Michel, you can see the main figure of Saint Michel who is depicted combating the forces of evil, and this was designed by Gabriel Davioud and sculpted by Francisque Joseph Duret so that this piece of architecture could completely hide the end of a building as was originally planned.

The Hotel de Ville was designed to look like a royal chateau and this elegant, yet exceedingly impressive building with its numerous statues is also the City Hall in Paris, and this is a photo we took of the front facade with the clock and tower, along with the fountains in the square in front of it, which is where numerous events take place each year.

This impressive building that looks just like a large chateau, which you can see in this image is of La Conciergerie, that in fact was a former royal palace on the Ile de la Cite island, but was turned into a prison, and it is now one of the famous historical monuments along with being a popular Paris tourist attraction, due to the fact that Marie Antoinette was held prisoner here before she was taken to her execution.

The Arc de Triomphe
The most notorious roundabout in the city, called the Place Charles de Gaulle, is also home to one of the most famous tourist attractions in Paris called the Arc de Triomphe, which stands in its centre, and this is a HD photo we took from across the street before we went on the underground tunnel to reach this monument by foot, as you would not want to even contemplate negotiating your way through the traffic.

The Jardins des Champs Elysees are very historical gardens in Paris, which are located by the Champs Elysees Avenue and around the area where you will find the Grand Palais and Petit Palais, and we took this photograph showing just a small part of the garden with its numerous park benches and the beautiful greenery along with the Theatre Marigny designed by Charles Garnier.

The Jardins du Trocadero are a fabulous Paris tourist attraction on the opposite side of the River Seine to the Eiffel Tower, and as you can see in this photo, it is quite a spectacular sight that has been featured in many films over the years, and we took this image while standing below the esplanade of the Palais de Chaillot while the fountains were actually going within the gardens.
