This first HD photo shows a statue located within a niche on the Madeleine church that was sculpted in stone back in 1840, and depicting Saint Elisabeth, also spelt Saint Elizabeth, this was produced by Louis Denis Caillouette who was born in Paris in 1790.

Now you will find that Louis Denis Caillouette, sometimes spelt Caillouet, followed in the footsteps of his father to become a French sculptor, and during his career he received numerous commissions to produce statues and sculptures that can be seen at many tourist attractions in the city including the Arc de Triomphe, Musee du Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Luxembourg Gardens and several for churches, etc.
Base inscribed Sainte Elisabeth, Eglise de la Madeleine
So here you can see a close up photograph showing the pedestal base with the name inscribed on it, depicting Saint Elizabeth by Louis Denis Caillouette, and according to the bible and the Gospel of Luke, she was the wife of Zacharias and mother to John the Bishop.

You will find that Elizabeth was a relation to Blessed Mary or Virgin Mary and is revered as a saint within the Roman Catholic church, with her feast day being the 5th November, however, when it comes to Orthodox and Anglican traditions the date is 5th September, the same as her husband.
