Photo of Le passage du Pont d'Arcole le 15 Novembre 1796 sculpture on the Arc de Triomphe - Page 127

Even though this triumphal arch was commissioned by Napoleon Bonaparte I in 1806 it was not completed until the reign of King Louis Philippe, yet many of the bas reliefs and sculptures located on the Arc de Triomphe are designed to depict a certain bit of history including the Napoleonic Wars, and this is a photo of a scene called Le passage du Pont d'Arcole le 15 Novembre 1796, that basically translates to The Passage of the Arcole Bridge of 15th November 1796, which was sculpted by Jean-Jacques Feuchere in 1834.
