This is a photo showing just one of the beautiful parks and well maintained pretty gardens, many of which have a rich history just like this on the Ile de la Cite island, and as we took this picture from above with by the statue of King Henri IV, there were lots of people enjoying relaxing on the grass within the Square du Vert Galant, which is something that has become a part of daily city life in the warmer months for both locals and tourists.
