The Champ de Mars was once a military training ground for the Ecole Militaire where Napoleon Bonaparte I once studied, which is the large building that has the French flag flying proudly you can see in this image, however, as you can tell from the photograph, it is now a garden in Paris that has become a popular place to relax on a nice day.
