Set in an area of 13 hectares
surrounded by an old Breton farm, the French campsite Domaine le Bohat in Brittany is
only around 2 kilometres from the Golf of Morbihan where you can enjoy sports such as
canoeing.
There are a total of 250 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes that are all at least
100m squared and some, called the Super pitches, are quite a bit larger plus you then have
the option of water and drainage on the pitch as well as electric hook-ups at 10amp, but
if you do not wish to bring along your own touring van, then you could choose a cottage or
mobile home to rent.
There are numerous activities on this campsite to keep everyone occupied on a family camping holiday in France from the outdoor swimming
pool and childrens pool to the covered indoor swimming pool and a separate play pool for
young children, which you can enjoy no matter what the weather! Other activities
include trampolines, tables tennis and in high season there is a Kids
Club, plus organised excursions like horse riding, canoeing and cycle rides to enjoy.

and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy local French cuisine.
But venturing away from this campsite in France
and there are some terrific sights and places to visit in the area from the 8th century
castle, through to museums, the Megaliths, ports and harbours, the beautiful golden sandy
beaches that Brittany is so famous for and of course you cannot forget about
historical towns, shopping and the occasional restaurants to refuel.
