Huttopia Rambouillet is in the
heart of the Rambouillet National Forest by a lake and is spread over approximately 8
hectares, has 190 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes along with gypsy caravans and
wooden chalets to rent.
This French campsite is all about experiencing nature and wildlife, so for those that like
the idea of a really back to basics style wild family camping holiday, you can also choose
to have a pitch for a tent right in the heart of the forest and a space of around 300m
squared up to 500m squared, yet if you require a little more comfort, then the other
pitches, which are still a good size, with electric hook-ups.
Also, on this campsite
in France you will find that everything evolves around experiencing the natural
surroundings and environment, where you can learn more about the history and ecology of
the area, so with this in mind, the site has a natural swimming pool and childrens pool, a
volleyball court, several outdoor cooking areas with washing up facilities and numerous
wood and canvas shower rooms open during the summer months, even though there is also a
main sanitary building that is heated during low season for more comfort.

wildlife orientated activities such as guided walks or cycle rides on the forest paths,
deer spotting at night fall in September, night time excursions, treasure hunts and much
