Camping de Paris is also known as
Camping du Bois de Boulogne and is located in a wooded green area on the outskirts of Paris
in the 16th Arrondissement, which makes this French campsite in an exceptional location
for exploring the fabulous city of lights as the centre is only around 15 minutes away,
yet you can come back to peace and tranquillity after a hectic day of sight seeing.
This is a large campsite
in France that has 510 pitches spread over an area of around 7 hectares for tents,
caravans and motorhomes with electric hook-ups at 10amp, along with rental units and
special pitches designed for backpackers, etc and being that this is a French
campsite open all year round the sanitary blocks that have disabled access are heated
in low season for more comfort.
There is a bar, restaurant that also serves breakfasts, takeaway, a shop that also sells
regional specialities, a childrens playground, computer terminals with internet access at
reception and bike rental, plus there is a shuttle bus service, which you can utilise to
get to the nearest metro station so that you can then have a day out visiting
Paris, or the different chateaux and theme parks.
