Situated in the
Languedoc-Roussillon region, Val d'Aleth is a family run French campsite open all year and
has a total of 37 pitches for tents caravans, and motorhomes, where you can choose between
having a hard standing or a grass pitch, plus each pitch has electric hook-ups and you can
choose from 4, 6 or 10amp supply depending upon your needs.
This is a peaceful campsite with fishing for trout on the river that runs along side the
site, plus they have WiFi Internet access so that you can keep in touch with friends back
home, but is ideally located for exploring the area with the local village being only a
few minutes walk away where you can enjoy the thermal swimming pool and spa centre, a
casino, restaurants and much more.
Yet, for the more adventurous family camping holiday in France you could go white water
rafting, explore underground caverns, test your head for heights at the tree top adventure
centre, go horse riding or mountain biking, but perhaps visiting some old abbeys, castles
and vineyards is more to your liking. Whatever you choose there will be something
for everyone to enjoy.
