The large French campsite Le
Royon has 401 pitches that are suitable for tents and caravans and you can choose from a
serviced pitch with electric at 6amp plus your own water point for a fresh water supply or
a basic pitch with none, but they also have mobile homes and chalets to rent as well.
This campsites is actually open longer than many of the other campsites in France
plus this site is also suitable for the disabled and pets allowed, there are numerous
facilities for all the family to enjoy such as table tennis and crazy golf, a multi
purpose sports ground, boules and more.
Also in high season there are additional facilities such as a Kids club, takeaway, chip
shop and organised entertainment like dances, competitions, karaoke, etc, yet if you wish
to venture out, then there is a beautiful sandy
beach only 2km away with the option of experiencing different water sports including
fishing, or perhaps you prefer playing a true round of golf, going horse riding or
visiting the nature reserve takes your fancy. But whatever you decide to do, this a
great campsite and place to stay for a family camping
holiday in France.
