Camping le Caussanel In Midi Pyrenees
Camping le Caussanel is located at an altitude of 800m within the beautiful and varied Midi Pyrenees region of France, has standard pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes along with fully serviced pitches available as well.
The Premium pitches which are designed specifically for caravans and motorhomes are a minimum of 130m squared, are fully serviced and also include garden furniture, BBQ hire and an hours free WiFi per day, but if you do not have your own touring van then you could always rent a mobile home, plus there is a gite for up to six people along with chalets to rent.
Other services on this French campsite include baby facilities, a shop with fresh bread available, a restaurant with large terrace plus a pizzeria, grill and takeaway service along with WiFi in certain areas of the campsite, yet there are also lots of activities on offer to keep everyone happy on your family camping holiday.
To give you an idea, this is one of the French campsites with fishing available on the lake, providing you obtain a permit that is available from reception and you could also enjoy canoeing or kayaking plus quad biking is organised as well.
As well as evening entertainment such as shows etc, there are cycling excursions organised, plus you could enjoy the gym and sauna or play a game of tennis, but children are definitely not left out at this campsite in France, as there is a kids club, mini farm, table tennis both indoors and outdoors, a games room and multi-sports court. There is also a lovely swimming pool complex with water slides, different pool areas connected by a bridge going to an island in the middle and a childrens pool that has small water slides for the younger ones and that is without venturing off the campsite to enjoy more activities and numerous places of interest nearby.
