Camping Caravaning Le Lustou has
a total of 65 pitches of which 44 are comfort pitches for caravans and motorhomes with
electric hook-ups at different levels depending upon your requirements. There are 6
mobile homes to rent and a gite designed for groups that can sleep up to 29 people with
seven bedrooms.
This is one of the French campsites open all year and you will be pleased to know that the
sanitary block is heated and has disabled facilities for added comfort, plus there is a
washing machine and a drying room for skiing equipment etc.
Even though most people come to this campsite in France to experience the mountains and
the winter skiing season as there are ski resorts nearby, there are lots of activities to
enjoy at other times of the year from climbing or canyoning through to rafting or
paragliding.
However on this campsite open all year you can also enjoy table tennis, a games room, TV
room and volleyball, plus they organise theme evenings and BBQs. Yet for something
unusual to try, in the winter the campsite owner, who is also a state mountain courier,
organises hikes and walks with snowshoes and evenings around a raging fire with crepes and
garbure, which is a traditional style of soup from the Pyrenees region in France, all
together makes for a great camping holiday.
