Located at the bottom of the
Pyrenees mountains, Camping Ur-Onea is still only 600m from a lovely sandy beach and has a
total of 260 pitches including 60 rental accommodations which are mainly chalets and
mobile homes to rent.
The touring pitches on this French campsite are either a standard pitch for a tent with no
electric or comfort pitches for tents and caravans that have electric hook-ups at 10amp,
but we would like to point out that an extension lead is often required. The rest,
known as High Comfort pitches are for caravans and motorhomes that have electric, water
and drainage.
You will be pleased to know that pets are allowed and one of the other services on this
campsite in France includes a dedicated dog shower, plus there are a dedicated baby and
disabled facilities, also a shop, pizzeria, takeaway and a bar, so you do not have to
worry about cooking all the time giving you more time.
When it comes to activities, obviously, you have the beach and water sports, but they also
organise rafting plus there is also a swimming pool and childrens pool, games room,
volleyball, basketball and more along with organised sporting tournaments, evening
entertainment such as a disco and theme evenings plus a kids club to keep everyone happy
on their family camping holiday in France.
