Located in Poitou-Charentes,
between the beach and forest overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Camping le Puits de l'Auture
is a tranquil French campsite covering an area of 4 hectares with pitches for tents,
caravans and motorhomes along with a motorhome service area and some called Grand Comfort
that are fully serviced pitches, with electric hook-ups at 10amp plus water and drainage.
Directly opposite this campsite in France you will find a coastal path called the Customs
Officers Footpath and then reach the beach, but this part is rocky, yet ideal for a spot
of sea fishing, although, only 300m away you will get to a lovely sandy beach that is also
ideal for water sports such as body-boarding and surfing, however, on this campsite there
is a TV and recreational room along with a games room for when the weather is not so nice,
but there are also numerous other activities and places to visit locally for a fun family
camping holiday.
