Camping du Lac Campsite Franche-Comte

Camping du Lac is a family run French campsite in the Franche-Comte region in France and is a very tranquil site situated along a lake for a calm and peaceful camping holiday in France, but with direct access to a beach for lazy days or swimming and has a lifeguard in attendance during the high season.
Camping du Lac France
Located in an area of natural beauty, this is not one of the more rowdy campsites in France and is more suited to people who want to get back to nature or go for a stroll with their dog, but there are actually over 100 pitches that are suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

Even though there are no entertainment or leisure facilities on site, this is on purpose as there are numerous activities available in the surrounding area, although there is a bar and snack bar on site, but this closes at 10pm, which is again to preserve the peace and quietness of this campsite.  However, there is also a chalet to rent, which you can also rent during the winter, as it is only five minutes from a ski lift allowing you to enjoy some excellent ski slopes for a skiing holiday.
