Camping du Pont de Bourgogne is
located in the Burgundy
region, famous for its rich red wines and situated on the banks of the river Saone,
only a few minutes from the city of Chalon, it has a total of 93 pitches for caravans,
tents and motorhomes and you can choose between a shady pitch or a sunny one.
This is an ideal French
campsite for exploring the area or as a stop over and a place to chill out and relax
before travelling further on. It has a lovely restaurant and covered terrace
overlooking the river, which is perfect for unwinding and re-fuelling yourselves, plus it
has a bar, a takeaway service and free WiFi Internet access around the bar and terrace
area, so is great for catching up with family and friends whilst on your camping holiday in France.
Also this site is suitable for the disabled and your pets are allowed, and this campsite
has electric hook-ups that are all the blue CEE connection, so there is no need to worry
about reverse polarity here.
