park, Camping La Grande Sologne is one of the French municipal campsites that has 153
large pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, which is in a lovely tranquil setting
for a stopover, yet also ideal for a family camping holiday in France.
This is one of the municipal campsites in France with fishing available that is completely
free on its own 2 hectare lake, plus there are other activities on site such as table
tennis, a games room, crazy golf and volleyball, but there is also a tennis court opposite
the campsite where campers get preferential rates and a municipal swimming pool and
childrens pool at the front of the site, which is open from May to August and this can be
utilised by campers for free.
The services on this French municipal campsite are also excellent and include baby and
disabled sanitary facilities, WiFi internet access, a shop for basics along with other
services like fresh bread, a snack bar, takeaway and even breakfasts available in high
season, so this is an ideal place for a family camping holiday or for exploring the area
with its canal, chateaux and much, much more.
