Camping de la Sensee is
conveniently located in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais
region only a short drive from the ferry ports, and is situated only 400m from a
leisure base where you can enjoy swimming in the lake, horse riding and free tennis.
This is one of the French
campsites with fishing available on its own lake, plus there are other activities on
offer such as a games room, table tennis and more, along with organised evening
entertainment like shows and bingo. Yet there are also numerous things to enjoy in
the local area like the beach at the leisure lake and leisure base, boat trips on the
canal and historical sites such as the megaliths for an enjoyable family camping holiday in France.
Also on this campsite
in France there are a total of 170 good sized pitches for tents, caravans and
motorhomes along with gites to rent and mobile homes to rent. Each pitch has its own
water point and can have an electric hook-up at 4amps, there are washing machines and a
tumble dryer and lovely hot water within the sanitary block, however, we would like to
point out that the showers utilise a token system, which was a cost of €1.50 per one.
